Hi Michelle, I would like to thank you for the care and positive support you have always shown towards me. You were always there when I needed you and always offered me advice. The NHS is a by far a richer organisation with you in it, and you are definitely in the right role. After some heavy news from the consultant Michelle spent time putting it all into context with a very high level of care and professionalism . Exactly what was needed ! She explained in language that was comprehensive and sympathetic exactly where I was with my condition and importantly what the future treatment would offer. Her warm nature and empathy were outstanding- just like every aspect of her work with patients. An incredible example of the fantastic nursing profession she exemplifies ! Thankyou
